Sony wx-5 camera question

ok, i bought it last week, but i took it to the rally cross last weekend and all the pictures were blurred, it couldnt cope with the slightest moving object, even if standing still, if i moved half an inch then it wou;d be blurred?

is this the camera because they cost £200????? or have i got the wrong setup.

if it is the setup then what setup should it be?

sorry, dont worry it was the iso was set to 3200 not 125
