I am sure some of you will have changed this carbon front splitter on their V8VS or V12V, as it is quite exposed amd vulnerable...

Anybody could tell me how much the part cost and what's the overal cost to have one changed by an AM dealer ?

Anybody knows who makes them ? I was convinced they were made by Gurit on the Ilse of Wight but apparently they only do the non-cosmetic carbon fiber parts. The visible ones are made somewhere else.

Or is there any alternatives ?

I remember being told by a dealer it wasn#t as expensive as you might expect, but I still think it will be 1k+

the combination at front & rear for the base vantage is about 4k from memory

I was quoted $4k for the part from the dealer. Ouch!

Not sure on the V12 version but the carbon pack front and rear for the V8 on my last
car was £2200 fitted. The font piece is more of a chin spoiler though.

Don't I remember JohnG1 saying his trashed CF chin was £4k?

A carbon front splitter for a 2011 GT4 is £1,592.74 + VAT.

The only difference I believe is that the GT4 one has cut outs in for brake cooling ducts, which is not a bad idea.

I'm sure that was what JohnG1 said - Was confirmed to me at WS in general conversation of 'around' £4-£5k for a CF splitter

It's very different on the V12 & S
When I bought my S the dealer advised the front splitter is ~£4k fitted and it is quite common for it to get dinged (especially with the no plate holder off frown ) I think it is fitted to the bumper before the bumper is fitted to the car.
Also the factory fitted stone chip film is a waste of time, it does not cover the leading edge and can go yellow with time. I deleted it on my build and had Venture Shield applied over the whole lip.
No idea who makes then or where though.

When I bought the V12V I was told that the splitter was £2700+VAT+fitting. Best I don't bugger it up then!!!!!
