Hi all.. New to this site! Currently driving a Toyota supra 1jz for weekend use as the classic insurance is hard to beat! Bought this car in March 2010 though had to sell it in November 2010 due to loss of job! Anyway, got a new job and hassled the guy to sell it back and he finally gave in on July 2011 :-)

I have had loads of mr2's etc though this one is hard to beat, in my eyes anyway!

Few pics and a brief rundown

1992 Toyota Supra GT 2.5tt 1jz.. Imported from Japan to Northern Ireland on May 2009 and fully undersealed on arrival!

112,000klm, around 70,000 miles

Tein superstreet coilover suspension

Tannabe exhaust system

Apexi turbo timer

Apexi airfilter

HKS dry triple plated clutch

Manual R154 gearbox

Electric seats, air con, windows etc

And how it is now.. Currently looking a set of XXR 526's

Not a massive fan of the wheels but the rest looks good. Stay on top of that underseal and keep it looking fresh!

Not sure of your budget, but I spotted these the other day (made by Enkei):

http://forums.clubrsx.com/showthread.php?t=817641 - correct PCD, and I'd imagine the offset will be somewhere near for the look you want.

edit: They're in the US, but importing wheels isn't as much of a ball ache as you'd think, I've done it myself.
Cheers for that though im after 9.5j and 10.5j with 245 and 275 tyres.

something like this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/XXR-526-18-10-5J-5x114-1...

For sure.. The 7m is a 3.0 giving out 230bhp and the 1jz is a 2.5 giving out 280bhp standard!

Looks like a Medallion Touring on there if I'm not correct. Very tidy car, love these old Supras. Keep it clean, it will look ace with the gold wheels on it.

A wee update on this.. Can't believe it's been just over 2 years!! After the car lying up over winter I taxed it at the start of April and got her out. Full service was needed so Engine, gearbox and diff got fresh oil etc and also replaced the timing belt. Got a good deal on a Blitz nur spec R so got this fitted and it does sound good!

Bought a set of Rays Engineering Lemans MS-01's and got them refurbed and they did a great job after a bit of trouble with them at the start.

Tried to drop the teins but having no luck with them as they are seized solid, so might have to come out to get them freed!

Couple of pics took today after a good polish.

That's been resprayed once or more right? It's in ridiculously good condition. The original owner must have bought that plastic sticky wrap you get on Ikea furniture and coated the car in it. hehe

Cheers Robbie lol.. The car has never been resprayed. I got it detailed about a year ago to take the swirl marks out and it came up like new. It only has around 116,000 klm on it (72,000 mile or there about)
