So just how fked is our game when Balotelli gets no further action taken for a horrible (I don't think it was malicious, just stupid) tackle on Song, and Sean Derry has his ban upheld for breathing on Tom Daley Ashley Young?

Also on SSN, City were fined for coming on the pitch late in the Europa league. They were fined £25,000.

Porto were fined £17,000 for racist abuse towards Balotell??????

The racist abuse fines just proves that uefa only pay lip service to anti racisim.

They really should have a straight forward 3 stage approach.

Stage 1 lose entire tv income for the game

Stage 2 forced to play behind closed doors.

Stage 3 kicked out of the competition

Obviously repeat offences lead from stage 1 to 2 and finally to 3. It's really simple. The pitiful fines are nothing more than a signal to their at best indifference to racism.

Apparently Sean Derry made contact with the striker, i'm really looking forward to Match of the Day on Sat, every set piece into the box and every corner there is a wrestling match going on, so 20/30 penalties and 20/30 sending offs...cant wait
