very unusual spec,5spd manual, ASD ,engine preheat and an early form of trip computer which I dont think was ever offered over here. It's the most expensive I've seen but then I'm guessing it's a factory restoration.

says 32.9 euro on the site... still not too bad for the mileage and extras it's got. As close as you're going to get for a factory-fresh car
Think they've overdone it with the photo effect though... They had a few of these 'young classics' in the dealer showroom of the Stuttgart museum when I was there last year, going back to 70's cars, all MB restored up to almost as good as new. I was drooling...

I had a good look around the "young-timer" classics on sale when I was at the MB museum last week. To be honest, although they were clearly in excellent condition, they were not quite as perfect as I would want them to be for the prices they are shown at. For example this SL320 was immaculate inside, but had distinct swirl marks on the paint and a few (IMO) fairly poorly touched up stone chips on the bonnet. For 37k€, I would want it to be perfect!

It is Euro32,950.
It is in a great colour combination.
It is undoubtedly a future classic.
It has done 12,000miles.
It has a total specification with the exception of automatic climate control (regarded by many as inferior to the twin-sided manual air con, anyway) and automatic transmission (which may be regarded as a matter of personal preference).
It is being sold by Mercedes-Benz.
Doesn't seem out-of-this-world to me. Show me a better one for less.
