Is it just me or are the 993 narrow body cars selling like hot cakes for a lot more money than a couple of months ago.
Good examples seem to be flying and a lot higher priced.
A lot seem to prefer the drive of the narrow rather than that of the wider 993 2s or 4s which have held strong money over the years.
Is this the start of the narrow bodied cars catching the wider bodied up in price or will we see the wide body drop in favour of the lighter brother.

I think there is a bit of a boom generally. However, the wide bodies will always hold a premium over the narrow body cars, everything else being equal.

My Indy tells me demand is very high for all good air cooled cars. I think there are a surprising amount of people around with £20K and upwards to spend on a toy.

I bought a 993 cabriolet (with 30k miles) last year and it has become much more than a mere toy. These cars are incredible nice to drive so despite the fact that i lucky to have other (more modern) cars the 993 is developing into my favourite drive because it is simple, has a good sound and takes up very little road space. For 25k - 30k these cars are very difficult to beat. I have now done 3500 miles in a year and with no problems whatsever. Long may it continue.
