Plane fuelled.

Airfield booked.

Taxi booked.

Takeoff 09:45 tomorrow, arrive Coventry circa 11:00. Taxi to TVR Power, 11:30. Pick up new toy.

I've been waiting 3 weeks to get this car in for inspection and service, all passed with flying colours, no surprise given how nice the car is.

In 16 hours I pick up a Cascade blue, 4.3, nitronned, CCann'd beauty. The wait is intollerable. Toy toy toy. Toy. Toy... Toy.
biggrin
...toy.

Very pleased for you but unless you know a pilot is that not an unusual way to travel from Cambridge to Coventry.

I was thinking just that - nice way to travel though and the journey there won't be too bad either smile

Will keep an eye open for you.....

Lucky man, Tusc and a microlight - Flex or 3 axis? Presume you have a friend going to fly it back?

Would be good to get together at some point and compare the 4.3 to my lowly little 3.6 if you fancy it?

Not too bad - I live 20 minutes from Cambridge and my Tuscan has a Power rebuild - 100,000 mile warranty still intact. Getting it to Power for servicing isn't that much of a pain, but then I do have to travel to Bristol fairly often so drop it off on the way.

Mat Smith (formerly of Sebring) is now an indie basing in Downham Mkt and if it helps is a recognised service agent for Powers rebuilds.

More soon as I'm off out but I drove for about 200 miles today & right through London and Oxford city centers. Notes:

Engine smooth very smooth
I miss pops and bangs, my life is now more complete
Fast fast steering rack!
I can't fathom the immobilzer

Tallys
20 thumbs up / wikis car mate
10 walk by filmings
5 claps
3 drag runs
2 propositions

Sweet.
