My garage blog - date problem

tells me I am formatting the date wrong when adding an entry.

e.g. I put in '30 feb 2012' => "oops press back button"
so try '30 feb 12' only for it to put the date as "12th February 1930"!

what gives?

oh and '12 feb 30' also gives "12th February 1930"
