I'm hoping some fellow PH guitarists can help here.

Some years ago, in a local music shop, they were selling some guitar picks I'd not seen before and after buying a few, I was a total convert. Yet I can't find them anywhere now for love nor money, and I can't for the life of me remember what they were called.

So. They were a standard guitar pick shape rolleyes , but in section they differed. The middle portion was ribbed and much thinner than the top and tail of the pick. They were black, but with coloured flashes at the top and tail (I preferred the yellow ones) and their texture was just right; like slick rubber. Bloody lovely they were.

Does this description ring a bell with anyone, and - if so - where are they available?

Cheers

I use herco picks which sound similar. Hard to find, I usually buy mine off Ebay & even then they normally come from the USA.
