Don't know about the Medway but on the Great Ouse you'd be looking at £600-£1200pa depending on the quality/facilities of the marina. So you can have a hole in the ground or all mod-cons; up to you

Just so happens i have a 24footer the other side of the Thames from there
Near Shoeburyness costs me £162 per quarter for a drying swinging mooring
although the owner is allowing me a berth on the pontoon for the same price
at the moment.
Its an old girl (late 80's) but may be for sale at a low price soon
