Gassing Station: Run time Error (Scroller?)

Looks like the inverted commas in your "...And they're off..." story are upsetting your scroller.

I get a run time error on any Gassing Station page, and when I debug it takes me to the line invoking the scroller for that news item. The news scroller doesn't appear on the page.
