Selling prints through your own website
Discussion
Anyone know of a UK based printer that provides integration into your own website to sell prints? I've found a good German based solution and one in the US, both allow simple Wordpress integration but can't seem to find one in the UK.
I'm not talking about the likes of a page on Photobox I actually want people to be able to order prints from my website but them get printed and sent from the 3rd party so I don't need to be involved.
Thanks for your help.

I know it's not exactly what you asked for but I use a piece of software called Photocart which integrates with my wordpress based website. It's completely customisable and I get an email with the print order to fulfil.
For me it's not a big deal to input the print order from the supplied work order.
I set all my own prices, can get paid via paypal (including credit card) and it ties in very nicely to my web site with a reasonable one off cost. And I know a quality lab is used because I choose it myself (Loxley)
If I can be of further help if you decide to go this route drop me an email, happy to help.

TheImageFile and everybodysmile both offer online galleries including ordering, payment processing and fulfilment functionality. They can both be skinned to look like your website, not sure if that's the type of 'integration' you're after.
Online print sales don't make up a huge part of my business, so I fulfill the orders myself but use Instaproofs for the online gallery hosting, order and payment processing. They just e-mail me the order details and I get the prints done at my favoured lab and then ship to the client. Feel free to take a look at the client area on my website (the link is in my profile, don't want to get binned for advertising on here).

I use http://www.zenfolio.com/ but it is a full hosting/fulfilment system
Use referral code 3QN-HK5-8TX if you do use it

Thanks for the tips, much appreciated.
This is the kind of thing I was after http://www.fotomoto.com/ but some of your options may work

I use Photoshelter for my website, I currently sort out prints myself, but they have the sort of integration you are after with Spectrum Photographic who are UK based and they have another level where you can send the image to one of many labs who are enrolled in their Print Vendor Network (8 in the UK), but switch out images if needed. If you do decide to register, use the link http://www.photoshelter.com/referral/LE7CR52N8E and we both get a bit of money off

I found fotomoto two years ago when I was looking for a place that could fulfil digital downloads. Registered but ended up not needing that function. Looks like they've moved forward in the meantime, will be one that I consider for website integration if they can offer prints in the UK.This is the kind of thing I was after http://www.fotomoto.com/ but some of your options may work

ZenFolio and SmugMug do have UK presence with various options for who fulfils the printing. Have only seen sites on their system though, don't think you can integrate externally.
