Hi All,

My chimaera is currently residing at Top Cats for it's first MOT and a general once over...

Just had the call that I hadn't been looking forward too!

The guys have given it a good going over and have come back with the following bits that need sorting:

1) Rack gaitors
2) Rear Wheel bearing (I could hear this one)
3) Dry CV joints
4) Speedo (Knew about this one as well)
5) Alternator (On Friday out of the blue I started to get the battery light staying on and then going off when I turned the car over
6) Clutch will need doing at the end of the year
7) Outrigggers will need doing at some point in the near future

Oh well it's a long term keeper and i'm happy to spend the money in time but I could have done with the first bill being a smallish one to keep the wife happy!

They're going to sort out of the bits for the MOT, take a look at the alternator, fix the speedo and crease the dry cv joints.

Then i'll get saving to do the outriggers and sort the clutch out later in the year.

Balls

Don't worry mate, they will do a good job for you and it will feel so much better.
I think that until you have forked out on motor, it doesn't really feel like your own
