Jaguar XJS V12 "Eco Edition"

Well.. its the 5.3 V12 HE (High-Efficiency) Engine !

Finally back on the road after its winter storage, Been a lovely April so far but hoping the weather gets better soon !

The roof isnt down in the pics due to is refusing to go down... it went down last Saturday but is refusing to work now, good old Jaguar Electrics.

Hope to get some more pics if the suns decides to make an appearance !

I have a strange craving for one of these - and reading road tests from when it was contemporary aren't helping much. What's the performance like?

Performance is pretty good, the whole thing is hindered by the 3 speed! auto box which is a shame, but put your foot down and it just doesn't stop, its pretty relentless once on stride.

Its set up for cruising which it does brilliantly, its always an event when traveling about, just makes driving that little bit more special, no matter where the destination is ! Hopefully close with its mpg
