Portsmouth/ Southsea Cruise Dates 2012

Just to let you all know about the Southsea / Portsmouth Cruise, some of you may have been before. More info found here. http://www.solent-renegades.co.uk/content/events-s... The Southsea Cruise is a get together of American and classic cars in the car park opposite Clarence Pier, Southsea (Hampshire). Then go for a drive along the seafront and around Old Portsmouth.

I saw all the vehicle about recently, they seemed to be congreating around The Farm House Pub car park. Was this a different event?

Hi Gingers, Yes that was a different event. Once a year the Solent Renegades do a 'Season Opener Show' http://www.solent-renegades.co.uk/content/events-g... at the Farmhouse, this was on April 15th. Photos at the bottom of the linked page. This was an all day event. At the end of this we went on down to do the Southsea Cruise. It was quite nice that the event fell on the same day. Going from a show that was parked up cars, to hearing and seeing them on the road was great to be a part of.
There will be an end of season show too later on in the year, possibly mid August. Details will be posted once known.
Fingers crossed for good weather at the next Southsea Cruise on May 20th 2012. See ya there.
