Mk 2.5: 16" wheels

My daughter is now on her second MX5 2.5 2003plate in Mica green. Looks just great, drives even better.
It is on Mazda 15" rims all a bit scabby with curb kisses and some surface corrosion.

I'm thinking of being a good Dad and buying her some fresh wheels.
16" are right but v hard to find a decent set.
I'm thinking of replica Minilites.
What width/off-set is right for the car please?

And if you have some GOOD rash-free wheels and good tyres I'm all ears.
