cheap (genuine) Brembo discs & pads - any good?

ok I need a new set of front discs and pads. Priced up I can get a full set of Brembo discs and pads for £73.47 or Pagid disc & pads for £62.87. That's only a difference of £10.60.

This is for a normal Nissan note so it probably doesn't matter what the hell I put on there. Anyway, what would you go for? Is the Brembo going to be any different in reality to the Pagid? Whaddya think?

edit on the prices! (stupidly the pagid ones were priced for one disc when obviously you need two)

Go for it, what's there to lose?

Also get some dot 5.1 brake fluid (less than £10 from your local GMF,) it's got a higher boiling temperature than normal stuff. You won't need more than 1 litre.

Brembo discs at that price will be their OE quality range, no better or worse than what was fitted from the factory. I'd have the Pagids and be a tenner better off.

I had some pagid brake pads on a corsa I had a few years ago, they were really good. I was very impressed with them

nothing wrong with pagid - decent pads imo
