A good day out.........

Hi everyone,
This is Jed posting. Today was my first TVR/PH event, and I've had a great day - even managed to get home without being sick in the car. I'd like to thank everyone for feeding me and generally making me welcome. Special thanks to Gary who looked after me when mum and dad went for prize giving.

Seriously folks, grand day out, good turn out, and well done to everyone for making the effort. Days like today are nothing without people, and the odd dog...which brings us to gemini. Never lose the enthusiasim. A few years ago, someone said our meetings should be adhoc and not organised - glad you changed your mind.
Again, well done and thanks again.

My first PH event too. Met up with people for the York convoy including plenty pre journey nattering, even though my vehicle of the day was rather different to everyone else.

Great characters and excellent atmosphere during the day. This is evident as NO WAY would I have normally joined in a game of rounders !

I didn't even get lost on the ride back home (unlike me), which was rather an overtaking fest

The whole day has certainly helped me focus my brain and I feel a plan hatching for the not too distant future...

Quite agree, a really great day out, despite the chilly weather.

Huge thanks and congrats to all the organisers, who are presumably well sozzled somewhere in Harrogate right now. (Hope they're OK for tomorrow!)
