Engine and gearbox replacment.

Iv bought a 1982 mini mayfair automatic. Has anyone got any advice to replace the automatic engine and gearbox with a manual engine and geabox?

I have just done this, with plenty of advice on here (Thread is engine swap). It is mostly straight forward but other than the obvious things such as gear remote, pedal box and master and slave cylinders, you will need conversion engine mounts, which have a space to accomodate the wider automatic subframe.
