car not running as it should

I have just been out fitting the new turbos today and when starting the old girl up noticed she is smoking a bit, the smoke was really stinging my eyes. Does that mean that its fuel?? also when i step on the revs it stalls so is this pointing to over fueling? and any ideas on whats causing it? as i am taking it for a mapping session in aweek.
any help would be good

Maybe the oil restrictors to the feed need changing..dont always judge on first start up either..run it for a while..
