45mm Dellortos On Zetec - Overcoming The Flat Spot!

So, after a bit of research I have learned that Zetecs have an issue with carbs! I know that a fifth progression hole is needed which is why people like Burton supply Webbers that are modified:

Is there anyone on here running Dellortos that have overcome this flatspot? How did you do it?
