Thumbsnap pics take ages

To display in a thread that is - it's like I'm viewing them on dial-up. The page loads quickly but any pics take ages (thumbnails are quick). Just me?

Thumbsnap is a third party feature that we've integrated into our forum. We just enable you to upload pictures there and then automatically put the URL into your post. If Thumbsnap is slow, you'll have to contact them or use another image hosting service.

It's totally borked. I've been trying to upload 1 single image for over an hour (not literally been ONLY doing that as I'm doing stuff in another window) but the swirly thing just keeps saying uploading and then after 5 mins of that it tells me it's failed and to try again. It's been getting worse over this past week I've noticed, I think PH admins should change the service to a more reliable site as this outfit clearly isn't up to the task.

Meanwhile you can get a free Photobucket account & use that to upload pics.

Have you tried getting thumbsnap site to load?! Photobucket is okay if you don't plan for many views on the pics, but on a site like this the pic will be showing the "bandwidth exceeded" error message within the hour. I've just uploaded it to Flickr but they appear to be borked as well.

I've just sent thumbsnap a pm via the link above, I use PB & haven't exceeded my limit yet (obviously people ignore my pics )
Let's see if thumbsnap will give us a reply?
