Forza 4 Car Club - Can I Join?

Hi guys.
I was hoping that I could join one of the Forza 4 car clubs here on Pistonheads. I know that there are already threads designated to the clubs, but having looked at them, I can't see any mention of people joining recently. My gamer tag is ryng123 so if it's possible, I'd love to join.
