Most Cars Overtaken In One Go?

My personal best is 3 in a 545 BMW - just surged past on a long clear, dry quiet road.

I once overtook at least 10 cars and a bus...whilst walking.
8-10 dawdellers.
I quite often leap past long gaggles of slower cars when in quick stuff like Spec C or Evo its safe and easy as long as you plan ahead, but the risk is people simply not expecting so must be ready for evasive action.
Also might past swathes of middle or outer lane morons on one go but would not admit to such antics, even though it makes sense to me.

Done about 25-30 in one go, I kid you not! Was on the Scarborough to Whitby road in my old Nova GTe, just got to the top of the hill out of Scarborough where there's an overtaking lane up the hill then it goes back to single and levels out at the top. Came round the bend and saw around 25-30 cars all sat behind a tractor doing about 15-20 mph. Broken lines down the middle, good visibility for at least half a mile, no side roads or farm gates coming up on either side and I was already doing about 60mph too, so I just went for it!
Have to admit I was half cacking myself that some idiot would pull out from the queue to overtake as I was going past but thankfully that didn't happen. As I sailed off into the distance they were still all sat behind the tractor like a load of lemons.
Around a decade later I had pretty much the same thing happen going in the opposite direction, just out of Whitby. The road is straight for a good mile or so out of Whitby with a blind crest about half way along. I was stuck in a queue about 20 cars behind a tractor. As soon as I'd crested the hill I saw there was nothing coming the other way for as far as could be seen and the road was straight as a needle, yet nothing was overtaking it, so pulled out and took the lot of them!
The Whitby to Pickering road is another one where you can see for 2+ miles at a time and you can take a crazy amount of vehicles in one go, especially north of the Devil's Elbow.
