I'm holding a professional event, so I need daytime projector, screen etc etc, but in the evening somewhere close to have a meal & social event with accommodation. Preferable close to a train station and easy to find.

Does anyone have a suggestion please? I'm in Bracknell, but anywhere in the region is cool smile

Thanks

The Royal Berkshire in Ascot has be taken over by the Exclusive Group and is now decent.

Coworth Park in Ascot is good if you have the budget and Pennyhill Park is the other five star Hotel in the area.

You could give Ozmira a shout as he works over at Tylney Hall Hotel and might be able to help you out.

PS if the hotel want to charge you for projector hire its sometimes cheaper for you to hire it from an external AV company whistle

How many people, when and what's your budget? As Dave said I work at tylney hall in hook, so about 1/2 hour from you. Have a look at the hotel web site and pm me if it's of interest. As for av kit I know someone who can supply it for you.

In Farnborough as above there's the Aviator, the Village Hotel, the Holiday Inn (Queens Hotel)... all of which have conference facilities.

Thanks all, just pinged off a few quote requests.

Hoping for up to 30 with some staying over night, who says dental hygienists don't know how to party hehe
This is the first conf I've organised, looks like I've messed up slightly and need to get some sponsorship in first so I can put a deposit down.
