2012 le mans tickets

UPS arrived with express envelope yesterday.First reaction great tickets arrived,second reaction here we go again,I ordered 2 general entry tickets and 1 green parking ticket in December and paid accordinley.Contents as follows 1 invoice 190 euros 1 green parking ticket+sticky wallet 1 porsche sport driving school leaflet 1 colour booklet regarding circuit etc. NO GENERAL ENTRY TICKETS.Sent e mail,phoned 4 or 5 times got same message in French and English very busy please ring back.Last time I ordered from ACO tickets arrived after Q weekend and ended up not going to that as planned, sent e mails then and never received any response.Looks like I just purchased an expensive green parking ticket.

In seven trips to LMS we have used the ACO twice. We don't use them anymore. We would rather use 1st Tickets, Team Laungustine etc (others are available) and deal with English people who actually DO GIVE A st. It's worth paying the extra 10% for a good service and someone who will answer the phone advise you. Hope you sort it out mate.

Sorry about the probs.

All mine came as one strip of tickets, folded over. I initially thought I was short of tickets, but they were folded tightly together making some appear as just one ticket, until separating them.

I know it is simple and I'm sure you've torn the envelope apart checking, but just have a double look incase, as I nearly panicked.

I've always got prompt responses from emailing them. But it is now the 7th year of ordering from ACO with no problems.
