Why can't auctioneers ever tell the truth?

"Known Defects: The vehicle is being sold as a Non-Runner in its current condition.  This vehicle has been fully reported on by Mercedes Benz World at Brooklands, the Report will only be sent to Registrants on request"

Apart from the non-sensical English, the front towing eye fitted and the weasel words above would suggest extensive engine and/or gearbox work. Tempted to register and ask for the report.

1390 miles and only 3 owners, 3????. Less than 500 miles per owner.
Bodywork scuffed and scratched so at least one of the 3, yes 3, owners wasn't careful.

Did i mention the 3 previous owners!

I was quite taken aback by the service computer showing as being overdue by 601 days. yikes

Most likely the lack of service has led to major engine andI gearbox failure.

Run away would appear to be good advice unless your name is Ron Dennis biggrin

Interesting that the car was registered at the end of June 05, and 'their client' funded the car at the end of September 05, so why 3 owners if it was registered in the June and their client bought it 3 months later, an owner a month? Seems odd. And as well as the scratchs/chips etc. its picked up in its 1,390miles they have also lost a key.

Nonsense IMO. They're probably just trying to use those words to avoid giving ANY warranty on the car.

It's an auction, presumably a repo, so there won't be any warranty.

Also, spent most of its life un Dubai? Engine full of sand?

There is good reason for not showing as taxed since 2006.

Some auctions give you a short time to reject the car. Yes, this is different from warranty.
