Window-shopping whankers. They do this to convince themselves to keep the car they already have and can't really afford to change, but have to be seen by their mates to be making the right moves.
I would want them to drive me in their own car before I let them loose in mine, so I can assess whether they might kill me!

Tyre -kickers, hmm.

Pity they don't have to pay a viewing fee up front.

My mate used to ask to see their cash !

Likewise, if he was doing the buying, he'd always put a big wad down on the table during negotiations.
Five grand in cash looks a lot more impressive than a six grand cheque.
Soon as he saw their eyes pop out of their heads, he knew he'd got another bargain.

Good luck with the sale - no wonder why most people seem to prefer using traders with time wasters like that.

Saw a very clean MRT like yours in Stokenchurch @ around 6pm..

That was us! Where were we? We stopped at the garage to look at the white GT-Four btw.

Funnily enough the car was parked on the road just outside the dealers/traders.. whilst you were looking at the white GT-Four no doubt He had a very rough 350i in there a week or so ago.

Yeah, it was an idea, but decided it was a shitheap. The wedge used to belong to a Stokenite. You sound like you're local, live near by?

He doesn't seem to have much of any good there.. Yep - just off J6 M40 - been in the Wyc area since I was born (not sure if that requires a or a )

Strikes me as being one of those traders (if you get my meaning) - of course at that money he will have been doing you a favour in his eyes.. . The 350i was up for £3995 - which probably means he paid £300 for it.. Joys of buying and selling eh....

Edited to add - are you planning on replacing the MRT with a wedge then - go on you know you want to..
