Sitting upstairs just now idly perusing the Classifieds and watching the rather splendid hailstorm outside when Mrs. Pincher call up the stairs 'You do know your car is outside, don't you?!?'

Usain Bolt ain't got nothing on a man who needs to get their car back in the garage pronto, let me assure you!

Just spent the last 15 minutes hoovering hailstones out of every part of the cabin & wiping down with several towels and the floor carpets are out and drying in the conservatory

SWMBO is carefully checking the Dyson over with a look that says 'If this is knackered, you're for the high jump'

Oh well, at least I got to go out for a drive today!

I too observed the hail outside the window this afternoon.... and now feel a little smug in the knowledge that it bounced off the Cerb's roof!
