All i can guess at is early 80s, yank and pretty powerful. I've not seen that GM logo, so might be a red herring.

Lol no I mean in the very centre, on the inside of the Google Chrome logo. Like I said I'm on my phone so it just looks like a little blur so I was just having a guess.

looks pretty 80's maybe even late 70's it's hard to tell with typical yank crappy interiors though I'd say the gear stick gaiter is not original. I'd be guessing buick maybe a skylark.
