Whitchurch, Bristol

Hmmm bit s
t really mate. South and East of Bristol isn't the prettiest and the A37 is a bloody nightmare at busy times. Hopefully you're not going in and out of Bristol....
But if you haven't been to Bristol before do go into the centre take a walk round the harbour area and maybe a jaunt upto the Bridge, it's a beautiful city. But Whitchurch is just a grubby suburb I'm afraid....

I work all over Bristol and Whitchurch is one of the nicer place to work in but as said its on the outskirts and not much in the way of entertainment
I agree, nothing wrong at all with Whitchurch, the A37 out of town is a lovely road on a early Sunday morning, in to town its just a normal main road into the city with traffic lights everywhere. Let us know where in Whitchurch, I grew up in the council estate at the bottom of Stockwood which is close by.

Most of the recent regeneration went onto a mostly forgotten airfield abandoned when Lulsgate, now Bristol International, airport opened in the 50s. Not a masterpiece of cultural development, Whitchurch. I grew up not too far away.
