They seem a bit laid back but I found them brilliant they specialise in older cars and only Aston.
I needed some small interior trim items for my DB7 Vantage so I contacted the factory who informed that my particular parts were not stock items and they would have to be made for me and could not give me an exact cost but a rough guide = exorbitant x 6. Good old works services grrr.
I shopped around and got nowhere kept thinking my car was too modern for Puddleduck but in the end gave them a call out of desperation to see if they knew who might be able to help me. I was pleasantly surprised to speak with the company owner who said "Oh yeah we got those in stock somewhere amongst all my other stock give me a call tomorrow and I will hunt them out". I called the next day and he had found them charged me a fair price and sent them straight out to me.
I also ended up having a really nice chat with the owner who loves all Astons and he told me about the Astons that he has in his own personal collection. He admitted that he had bought them years ago when they were still affordable and has hung on to them, lovely guy.
You should do well with him with your DBS as I think he has either a DBSV8 or an early V8 in his collection and he totally understands all the differences and small quirks between each model.
Good luck.
