Was just about to start a thread too.

So you find a priceless WWII RAF P-40 that has lain basically untouched since it was crashed.

So what do you do?

You rip it to bits for souvenirs like the inbred fking mongtard that you are, of course.

The guys taking bits off are in camo uniform, so I guess they were just removing any weapons.

Even the vid says ARMY removing the ammo, but still not good seeing it being clambered all over.

That's amazing, I think I've seen planes being preserved in museums in worse condition than that.

What a pity it appears to have been found by a bunch of unsympathetic and ignorant morons.

Is anyone knowledgeable on the case?

Don't know - that Polish site is unhelpfully written in Polish.

There removing the ammo, can't see the issue really.
As long as a specialist team is doing the rest of the recovery.

I imagine the gunsight just fell off then? And the radio compartment popped open while ripping the catch off due to a freak gust of wind? The canopy no doubt smashed itself too. I hate to think what's happened to it since the second video was put up.

It will be stripped & bits will appear in some stty market somewhere. Vandals. That's all they are. How long has it sat there without being disturbed?

No they're not, they just don't know any better and simply have little appreciation of what the wreck represents.
They're not damaging it maliciously are they?

They appear to be doing exactly that - vandalising the plane as per the post attached. The plane has sat there for years undamaged & as soon as these vandals find it the damage 'suddenly' occurs.

They know exactly what they are doing - they're far from stupid hence they will tear the plane to pieces. If they were stupid or ignorant they wouldn't have uploaded the video's to YouTube.

The fact that they did that shows that they know exactly what they are doing.

What is the story? Did the pilot land and walk away? Did he survive the desert?

Amazing how it's just sat there for so long without being seen.
