Telephone interview (has not called yet)

How long after a telephone interview time slot is it acceptable to ring up and ask why they have not called?

I don’t want to annoy anyone as they may have just over run with previous interviews. However they may have been given the wrong telephone number from the agents or maybe another issue?

They were supposed to call at 3.15. I have no direct contact details so I guess I better start ringing round.

Turns out the agent has given them my mobile number and not my landline when I said that I would not be available on my mobile! Now I probably look like Im being ignorant/stupid!
