Looks very good, will give it a go. Tried a similar thing, but more bbq flavour with a brisket last week, was excellent.

Can't abide the Baker Brothers. Dish looks nice but don't want to watch them making it. Presumably when they've finished they smear it all over each other.

THANKYOU! I am glad I am not the only one to have noticed. They are definitely a bit weird. I like their cooking, but I find them... a bit creepy, they give off an odd vibe.

i have done a similar recipe and i can honestly say it is as good as it sounds, the amount of cooking time means that it is properly done and falls apart... awesome
