Help needed at BBWF!

As I mentioned earlier, we are going to need some help at the fest!
Not just on the Saturday but on the Friday as well!
On the Friday we need help putting up some signs in the late afternoon!
These signs are to help with the parking of the cars and will hopefully mean we will need the minimal car parkers! (I hope)
I had the signs made by a friend, (I tried to upload them for you to see but the system is down)
They are made of a ribbed plastic 1 meter by 500. (At last they will upload with the help of PH)

We need some wooden stakes (10) and nails to put them up can anybody help, also will anybody help putting them up on the Friday.
On the Saturday morning we need help putting up two Gazebos before 8.30.
One of these Gazebos is the welcome tent and these needs manning during the day.
We also need a few marshalls to help with parking!
Adam will also need help later in the day setting up the sound system and disco gear etc.

Thanks for the offer of help. It would be great if you can help parking the cars!
The layout is slightly different this year, and I will be posting it up about a week before he fest. But for people like youself, Mark and Hamish I will be sending you direct more detailed details before the fest!

Fri: Helping with sign etc.
Sat: Helping car parking.
Helping in the welcome tent giving out Mugs, etc! (Sorry not filled with rusties)
