RR today, gutted, lost 10 horses
Discussion
To be fair, although peak bhp is down, I've gained around 20 torques lower down, ie between 1500 and 2500 rpm. Interesting thing is, bhp curve was identical to previous up to 5500 rpm, then just dropped away.... peak torque was same as before, 335...... just a bit more earlier.... (damn thing tried to bite me Saturday morning in the wet
) Just to clarify, figues are before and after last remap (MS2)....... In the real world, on the Queens highway, 350 bhp at 5500 rather than 360 at 6000 rpm isn't a big deal, not, if like me, you never exceed the speed limits

It would be interesting to know what % addition they add on the fly figure.
Some R/R's give the fly map as well so you know what's really what.
My 5.0 map at Surrey R/R last year was 346brake/355torques, a lovely smooth tourquey motor that I miss.
You may have lost 10 BHP but I lost an engine
RIP.
You will definitely have to try a T/D Richard, then you can squeeze that pedal without constantly looking in the mirror!
