More Formula 1 trouble ahead!

Dilemma: There is another Country due to stage a Grand Prix that has corruption in Government and is in frequent breach of the Human Rights Convention which it is challenging, imprisons people for years without trial, who's police shoot unarmed people, that suppresses riots with violence sometimes killing people, monitors e-mails, telephone conversations and internet activity of all it's citizens, is involved in torture of individuals and has actively supported rebels to violently overthrow their governments when those governments do not submit to the Country in question's demands. There is much more - too much to set out here. Should that Country be allowed to hold a Grand Prix?
The difference with Bahrain is thatb the regime were using F1 as a plank in their policy of telling the world that the country was stable, normal and safe.
That is not the case in other countries. In more "developed" countries (irresespective of the human rights record of the regime) F1 is just another event swamped by lots of other events and it does not stand out in the same way - and is not used in the same way by the regime.
