Probably Norovirus. Here is a lovely quote from wikipedia to make you feel better

"Transmission through fecal-oral can be aerosolized when those stricken with the illness vomit and can be aerosolized by a toilet flush when vomit or diarrhea is present"

This. I had it in 2010. I lost 10 lbs in 5 days and then put a stone on in 2 weeks.

Keep taking fluids, it's too early to try & bung things up.

+1

don't try and bung things up, your corn hole is functionning pretty well in getting rid of the badness, no point in trying Diocalm or codeine to slow things down.

Sip. A lot.

I've had it twice in the last year or so. Thoroughly enjoyable experience! During the second phase after most of the vomiting had stopped and the diarrhioa increased i downed (slowly) a dioralyte sachet after each bowel movement. Seemed to help.

If you genuinely can't keep any fluid down at all over a period longer than 6ish hours (while having the squits etc) then I'm terribly sorry but I'm sure that you're going to need some medical help. Call out of hours GP, make sure to explain that you're not keeping any liquids down, might be a jab they can come and give you to at least slow the puking down enough that you won't get dehydrated, or something.
