Dragon 88 Editions
Discussion
Unveiled at the Beijing Motorshow to celebrate the year of the dragon. Apparently done by the Q by Aston Martin people who created that monstrosity of a Virage Volante for Geneva. Available on the V8VS, DBS Volante and Virage. Includes touches such as 24-carat gold badges, embroidered headrests, special interior trim, commemorative sill plates and a choice of three unique exterior colours.
I have to say, apart from the interior and bling badges, I rather like the DBS Volante. Reminds me of Amethyst Red.

I really like that DBS. Cant understand why they put a red interior with it though....
For the Chinese market; red is very symbolic. And the number 88 very lucky. AMDBSNick said:
Don't think so as not enough room in the back
Uh? For legroom or headroom?According to this extensive and reliable study:-

UK is on average just under 3" taller than China.
That should mean there's a heap of room in the back of a DB9 let alone a Rapide
