Which plugs for standard Mk1 1.8

Just looked on MX5Parts and they sell BKR6E11 and BKR7E11. However, it was suggested to me that 5E11 would be better as they are slightly hotter.

Any thoughts?

NGK BKR6E-11 unless you fancied trying NGK ZFR6F11 Long Reach which some say they get a performance improvement from.

Was just about to try the long reach and get 5Es to see the difference, but realised MX5Parts don't deliver on Saturday. So a trip Halfrauds/Motabitz/Mazda dealer tomorrow. I'll just try 6E and 5E back to back.
