Anyone got these fitted? http://www.alloygator.com/products.asp Going to Italy this year and a mate said it's a tight entry into le shuttle. He caught his wheels.weeping

Don't worry about Le Shuttle. Getting on & off is easy.

UK side they are pretty helpful if you turn up with a low ground clearance car and usually direct you onto the lower deck. French side, I just signal 'down' and they have been OK with that too.

Usual common sense stuff, board train at an angle as you would a ferry and you'll be fine. Once on the train, it's just a case of driving down the carriages until you're told to stop...but that's pretty obvious. The roadway on the carriages is wide enough to take all these 'monster' pick-ups, so a TVR has at least 6" either side of the wheels to the 'kerb'.

I took my Touareg across last year and it was ok, just a bit tight where you go past the doors, so the Tuscan should be fine. The 'curbs' aren't that high either.
