After my VTEC power thread the other day an opportunity has come up. Unfortunately my sister might have written her 2004 civic type r off (she's ok by the way). At first I wondered if the k20a could be fit into a 7 style car front engined rear drive. When realistically the f20c s2000 lump was a much better choice. I never considered using the k20a mid engined, my question now is has it been done in any kit?? Am I right in saying zcars mini's use Honda power in some cases??

It's not official yet and I haven't seen the car but my bro in law says the car is knackered. Nearside rear and offside front damage with engine seeming fine. I'm wondering if it would be worth breaking it up and using it in a kit as it probably won't cost me anything to get hold of the bits.

Thoughts please

Z cars mini or stick it in a cheap Elise! Think the Marlin sexi will accept it too.

A guy here in Oz has used a K24 CRV as a single donor for his clubbie ( 7 ).
