Westfield Ignition Lock
Discussion
I've just bought a 1998 Westfield SEiW, apparently built from a modular kit. Does anyone have any idea where the ignition lock comes from? I only got one key, so need to get a spare cut and I don't know which manufacturer it comes from. The chap in the lock shop is bound to ask what kind of car it is!
I've looked through the build manual and had a Google, but I can't find it so far. The chap I bought it from didn't build it, so it's unlikely he would know. Does anyone here?

Oh well sorry my answer or suggestion doesn't suit you Zumbruk but it's a fact that for a key cutter he either has the right blank or doesn't. What does he care which car it's from?
Anyway looking at my crystal ball my estimation is the lock's from a Ford. There you go does that suit you better? Off back to bed now to have a good cry.

The last time I went to get a car key cut, the very first words out of the guys mouth were "What car is it?"
I am mystified why it is that if people have nothing constructive or helpful to post, they bother to open their traps at all. Don't they have anything better to do?
As far as I know mine is an Austin Allegro column and lock. I am mystified why it is that if people have nothing constructive or helpful to post, they bother to open their traps at all. Don't they have anything better to do?
