intermittent wiper

Does the little knob on your steering column actually adjust the wait time on your intermittent wipers.
Mine has no effect. Checking the fuse box the relay used has a set time and is not the one that allows a variable time. I don't know if it was installed at the factory or not.

It doesn't in my experience, make a huge difference to the intermittent timing, but it should be noticeable.

At min I get about 4 secs between wipes, at max its about 10.
