Had my shed for 6 years now after buying it for £800. Its a diesel vectra and had done 91k.
Its now done 168k, went straight through its last MOT and on my last drive to work and back (520 miles) I averaged 57mpg. That's doing the speed limits too not sitting at 50 on the M1 (gay).
I would like to get to work and back in a little more style, I.e. get rid of the cassette player but really what else could I get that offers that MPG in such a large car.
Also parts have probably cost me less than £80 per year :/

I can't think of anything worse than a diesel vectra.

I probably will do but when I see a nice looking A5 trundling past I think hmmm. But its seeing any large saloon or hatchback and they state the mpg in the 40s. Even my Noble does 30mpg on the motorway (depending on the horns)

Getting rid of the cassette player? Don't do it!
there's these cassettes which you can put into your mp3 player:

Are homosexuals particularly well known for sitting at 50mph on the M1? No, I didn't think so.

I didn't realise I could only use the word gay to describe homosexuals. Siting at 50 on the motorway is also retarded but are they all retards? No

The problem is you used the word "gay" which means homosexual, in a context to mean bad, uncool or whatever. Pretty offensive to gay people I'd have thought.

I thought he meant he was happy not sitting at 50 on the M1 to get 57mpg.

Originally gay didnt even refer to homosexuals. But I think the meaning of gay has changed, at least around here its often used to mean bad/rubbish
