So i make an offer, contact the guy, get blown out of meeting/viewing etc (amongst other odd things he say about car history - tbh sounded like a cock and salesman).

Anyway transpires the car isnt for sale anymore, but was still on ebay.
Wondered what he would say to any other out there about it!

Received your text message about why it was relisted...
Previously she was entered as a Daewoo catergory by mistake so agreed a refund of fees from ebay to end the listing and pop her back on again as a BMW as that was the only way to do it.
I must admit you seem very cautious and i do wonder perhaps you would be better off buying from a garage that could offer you some form of warranty etc?
If you are worried in any way re the cars legitimacy feel free to cancel the appointment as i honestly believe she will be selling this weekend for min £950.
