I know this subject has been discussed before, but be blowed if I can find it! My rear pads have started to pick up on the disc, release then catch again. Which makes an annoying noise when traveling slow, the problem is solved for a couple of miles after applying the brakes, then returns as the piston gets pushed back into the caliper. I had new ferodo ds 2500 pads all round a thousand miles or so ago, the problem has only just surfaced.

LOL This might just be in the wrong section. I thought you were talking about arse flaps for a second.

Before I went into the thread, I was trying to work out what "rear pads" was a euphemisn for!

Excellent mispost.

I was thinking some activated carbon underpants might be in order or stay outdoors on a windy day :-)

I rather suspect that whenever I hear someone mention their 'farmers' playing I shall now immediately think of rattling rear pads.
