StokeFest needs a headline band

Greetings all ...

I'm helping to organise StokeFest 2012 and we're stuck for a headline band !

The event is an all-day open air charity music festival on 7th July at Stoke Golding, near Nuneaton. There are 8 bands on the main stage (plus acoustic stage) throughout the day, and the headline act will be on from 9.30 till 11:00 (approx). The stage is a covered curtainsider, full lighting rig supplied, PA system is being supplied and run by Talon. One hour setup.

Last year we had 2000+ people at the event, around 500-700 at any one time ... this year is bigger still, so we are counting on more people (the event just isnt music, there's various other family events, stalls, pub, BBQ, food, rides etc during the day)

The kind of band we're looking for is :
a) someone local-ish (and hopefully big enough to bring their own supporters)
b) someone with a good range of music people will know, roughly spread around rock/pop ... something people can recognise and sing along with, so no originals, no specialisation (i.e. just metal, just country)
c) experienced, gigging, tight ... no blaggers please !
d) playing at a gig fairly soon, so we can come and see you before booking

Because this is a charity event (details on website above) all proceeds go to the charities, so we cannot afford to pay anyone (however it will be an excellent publicity exercise and a great laugh)

So my call out is :

a) does anyone know of such a band, if so please send details ! (or forward this post to bands you know)
b) where else could I post this plea for help, does anyone know of any good places ?
