Amazing and very interesting,I wish I had the knowledge and know how, I wonder if his mate is the guy who built the model Ferrari some years ago, wonder what one of these model engines would sell for.
There are a number of videos like this on YouTube if ya that way inclined.

Am I being daft as usual or isn't that a fuel line in at the end and the engine running?

Spark/glow plugs?

Screws in the exhaust ports?

Screw in the intake ports?

Not a drop of smoke coming out the exhausts?

It could be powered by compressed air maybe or a small motor underneath with a belt maybe?

Not to mention the cams running 1:1 with the crank?

Tell you what, I'd rather spend 1200 hours doing that than what I actually do for a 'living'... irked

I'm thinking it may be running either from compressed air (popular way of demo-ing stationary engines) or else the intake is sucking castor fuel up that hose. Still remarkably clean exhaust and minimal noise compared to model aero engines in that case though... scratchchin

Also cams running at 1:1 is a bit odd as is lack of piston rings and top-end lube biggrin

Amazing stuff, it's been posted on here a few times but always worth a look.

It's running on compressed air but I think the most impressive piece of engineering is the model Ferrari featured in the Jeremy Clarkson film and that has a real engine which I heard and saw being started at an engineering exhibition I was working at once.

I agree..I was blown away when i saw that..What a fantastic piece of engineering..I think ferrari actually bought it off of him, I wonder what he has built since...
